Risk and Liabilities:
Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize and accept the risks associated with off road cycling or indeed cycling on any terrain and that you are fit and medically able to undertake the level of activity you have booked.

Insurance:
Trailcycling.ie strongly recommends you have personal travel and medical insurance which covers cycling holidays/tours/courses and related activities in Ireland. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary cover before travelling or attending any trailcycling.ie activity. Trailcycling.ie will accept no responsibility for illness/injury occurred or loss/damage to your property save that caused by willful neglect or default of trailcycling.ie. 

Booking/Payment:
On receipt of a completed booking form trailcycling.ie will invoice you for the total cost of the activity and a deposit is necessary to secure. Tours must be paid in full 30 days prior to the commencement date. For all other trailcycling.ie activities final payment must be made no later than two days before commencement date. Trailcycling.ie reserves the right to cancel your booking should payment not be received as stated. Payment for activities other than tours may also be made on the day if previously arranged.
Payments can be made by Cheque, PayPal or Bank Transfer upon receipt of your invoice. Payments by cheque should be made out to trailcycling.ie and posted to:

Itinerary changes:
We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary and/or your accommodation. Should this be necessary we will do our utmost to ensure that any such changes do not substantially alter the nature of you tour/activity and we will endeavor to find accommodation etc. equal to what was originally booked.

Third Party Liability:
If the actions of you or your party cause damage to accommodation or property of a third party or cause accident on a highway or byway you agree to indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against us by or on behalf of the owners of the accommodation or property or the injured party or parties.

Cancellation By You:
On receiving written intention to cancel your booking with us, the following percentage of your total activity cost you will be charged as a cancellation fee:
15-30 days 25%
7 -14 days 50%
3 – 6 days 75%
0 – 3 days 100%.
Trailcycling.ie reserves the right to offer transfers to other activities provided.
If you have not paid in full when you notify us of your decision to cancel, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Cancellation By Us / Force Majeure:
Trailcycling.ie cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage resulting from war or terrorist activities, weather conditions, ground conditions, fire, flood or drought, airport closures, rescheduling of means of transport, or any other eventuality which may delay or extend your time with us. Trailcycling.ie reserves the right to make changes to activities or cancel activities under the pre mentioned headings and also if the minimum number of riders are not met, injury to guide or any other factor out of our control.
If Trailcycling.ie cancels your booking you will be offered an alternative time/date. If this is not acceptable you will be refunded in full. Trailcycling.ie will not be liable for any other expenses which you have incurred as a result of your booking.

Bike Hire Conditions:
All activities operated by trailcycling.ie (“the Company” or “we”) are sold to signatories (“the Clients” or “you”) subject to the following conditions: The Client acknowledges that the bike hired is in good condition and undertakes to return the bike and any accessories in that same condition, or to make a payment to the Company, immediately on demand, sufficient to return the bike to that condition. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the Clients use of the equipment. The Client shall indemnify the Company against any claim howsoever arising as a result of the Client’s use of the bike during the period of hire. In the event that the bike and/or any accessories are lost or stolen the Client shall indemnify the Company for the costs of replacing those items. The Client will ensure that the bike is adequately secured when not in use and will immediately notify the Company or one of its representatives in the event of any theft, loss, breakdown or other occurrence relating to the bike or associated accessories. All hired bikes remain the property of trailcycling.ie and shall not be sold, hired or loaned out.

Image and Video Consent:
From time to time, trailcycling.ie use imagery for the purposes of advertising and marketing. If you do not wish images of you to be used by trailcycling.ie please make this known on your booking or registration form. No imagery will be taken of persons under 18 years of age unless consent is given by a parent or guardian.

Complaints:
Should you have a complaint or there’s something you are unhappy with during any trailcycling.ie activity please bring the matter to the attention of a member of staff so we can resolve it there and then. Otherwise, if you prefer, please notify us in writing with details of your complaint.
